A new low-cost housing project, which will see the resettlement of approximately 2000 individuals (450 families) from
two informal settlements, to be constructed on Wolwerivier farm.

Supplied per assembled panels to contractor with lightweight solution for low-cost housing. Preassembled panels manufactured in the factory.

• 90mm wall and roof panels

MATERIAL USED:

• 0.5mm Galvanised steel 90mm U-section

• 0.5mm mini-rib sheeting (cladding material)

• Alu-bubble

DELIVERED TO SITE - Preassembled with Alu-bubble and mini-rib cladding for easier & faster on-site construction.

Recently one of the units burnt out (image 8), but fortunately all occupants got out.
